A good greeting card company will create new designs every year to avoid you, the consumer, from buying and sending the same cards every year. An environmentally conscience company will print their cards on recycled or some other environmentally safe material and the responsible company you want to do business with.

Check with the Better Business Bureau to see if they have any complaints lodged against them. Ask the company if they have any customer references you can check with – and check them. It is better to be safe than sorry.
